Hailey Baldwin was born in Tucson, Arizona on November 22, 1996. Her father is the fourth and youngest of the Baldwin brothers (after Alec, Daniel and then William). Kennya Baldwin, a graphic designer, is her mother. Eumir Deodato, a Grammy Award-winning Brazilian musician, is Kennya’s father. Hailey aspired to be a classical ballet dancer as a child, but had to give up after suffering a foot injury.
Hailey Baldwin appeared in the 2005 documentary Livin It: Unusual Suspects with her family at the age of nine. Her father’s classic film The Usual Suspects inspired the title. She also appeared on Saturday Night Live when she was 13 years old.
Unable to pursue her dream of becoming a ballerina, Hailey Baldwin(who stands 5 feet 7 inches tall) decided to enter the modeling industry and was first signed with the international modeling agency Ford Models.
Hailey Baldwin made her runway debut in October 2014, when she walked for Topshop and French fashion designer Sonia Rykiel.
