Rihanna As One Of The Youngest Self-Made Billionaire Having $1.7 Fortune In 2023
When Robyn Fenty, better known as Rihanna, launched Fenty Beauty in 2017, she wanted to make “women everywhere (feel) included.” An unintended consequence: the beauty line has helped her enter one of the world’s most exclusive ranks: billionaire.
According to Forbes, she is now worth $1.7 billion, making her the richest female musician in the world and second only to Oprah Winfrey as the richest female entertainer. However, it is not her music that has made her so wealthy. The majority of her fortune (an estimated $1.4 billion) stems from the value of Fenty Beauty, in which she now owns 50%, according to Forbes.

Rihanna’s Professional Career
She made her debut in the pop music industry with a bang, having grown up idolizing Madonna, Bob Marley, and Janet Jackson. In 2005, she released her first two albums, Music of the Sun and A Girl Like Me. Both of these albums, which were influenced by Caribbean music, made it into the top ten of the Billboard 200 chart.
However, Rihanna dominated the world with her album ‘Good Girl Gone Bad’ in 2007. She received her first Grammy Award as a result of her single umbrella. Umbrella remained at the top of the UK Singles Chart for 11 weeks in a row. Then, in 2009, thanks to her single Russian Rowley, she finished second in the 100 Hot Female Artists of the 2000s.
Lift Me Up for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
Finally, after 6 long years, Rihanna has teased her fans with new music, as the hip-hop star is back with Lift Me Up, a heartwarming song that will appear in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. She has made her long-awaited musical comeback with ‘Lift Me Up,’ the lead single in the Marvel film, which will be released on October 28, 2022 for her millions of fans around the world.
Achievements and Records
Rihanna has won eight Grammy Awards and 14 Billboard Music Awards in her short music career. Rihanna’s 14 songs now hold the record for the fastest placement on the Billboard Hot 100 list. Rihanna holds the record for selling the most albums (54 million) and songs (210 million) worldwide. Rihanna has continued to shine on international tours.
