Justin Bieber was born on March 1, 1994, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in London, Ontario, Canada, and grew up in Stratford. Pattie Mallette and Jeremy Bieber are his parents. He is descended from French Canadians, Irish, Germans, English, and Scots. His father gave him three younger half-siblings.

Before their first split, the two seemed to avoid the press about their relationship, but once they started doing couple activities together, they began to embrace it. Justin even rented out Los Angeles’ Staples Center (now known as Crypto.com Arena) for a romantic private dinner with Selena. “I dislike hiding. “I like to keep certain things to myself, but I’m 18 and I’m going to fall in love,” Selena told Seventeen at the time. “I’m going to hang out with people and explore myself, and that’s fine with me.”

When Selena was seen flying to Oslo, Norway to see Justin perform, the couple briefly reunited. “[The breakup] affected us, especially when we are in front of so many people,” Justin said in an interview with Big Boy, revealing that his song “All That Matters” was written while working through the breakup. “It’s such a public affair. It’s just difficult for both of us. But, you know, she’s a wonderful woman. “I still love her to this day.”

But I didn’t realize that I was feeling so confident and good about myself, and that it could all be shattered by one thing. Because of something so stupid.

But I just think that needed to happen, and it was ultimately the best thing that ever happened to me.” She also revealed that the song “Lose You to Love Me” was inspired directly by her final breakup. “I texted Julia Michaels and Justin Tranter and said, ‘I think I’m ready to just say I’m sad,'” she explained, referring to her 2019 track co-writers. “The song was written in 45 minutes. “This is the quickest song I’ve ever written.”
