Early Life and Career Beginnings
Travis Scott was born Jacques Berman Webster II on April 30, 1992 in Houston, Texas. He lived in South Park, Houston, a high-crime area, with his grandmother until the age of six, when he moved to Missouri City, a middle-class suburb southwest of Houston, to live with his parents. He graduated from Elkins High School and enrolled at the University of Texas at San Antonio, but dropped out during his sophomore year to pursue a musical career.
